What is Finary?

Finary is an app that helps you manage your wealth. It allows you to invest, track and optimize your entire portfolio (bank accounts, stocks, real estate, precious metals, cryptocurrencies, etc.). 850,000 users use us to manage their money.

How do I move up the waiting list?

You can refer your friends! Each referral earns you 5 spots in the waiting list, giving you faster access to our investment products.

What new products will be available?

Finary will offer a brokerage account (CTO) and an investment account (PEA). These products will complement the life insurance and crypto already available on the platform.

What is a Brokerage Account (CTO)?

The brokerage account (CTO) is the most flexible investment account. It allows you to invest without caps or geographic restrictions in stocks, ETFs, bonds, commodities, and other financial instruments from around the world.

What is a PEA?

The Plan d'Épargne en Actions (PEA) is a French tax wrapper that allows you to invest in European equities and eligible ETFs. After 5 years, capital gains and dividends are exempt from income tax (only social contributions of 17.2% remain due).

What is the PEA contribution limit?

The contribution limit is €150,000. This limit applies only to deposits, your portfolio value can exceed this amount without restriction.

What is the difference between a CTO and a PEA?

The PEA offers a major tax benefit after 5 years but is limited to European equities and a €150,000 contribution cap. The CTO has no specific tax advantage but offers total freedom: no cap, no geographic restrictions, no time constraints, and a much wider investment universe (bonds, commodities, non-European stocks, etc.).

Will my funds be safe?

Finary is approved by the ACPR and subject to the strictest regulatory requirements for investor protection. Client assets are segregated and protected in accordance with applicable regulations.

What is an Investment Firm authorization?

It is the authorization issued by the ACPR (Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution) that authorizes Finary to offer regulated investment services such as the CTO, PEA, and PER. It is one of the most demanding authorizations in the French financial sector.

Risk warnings:

Financial instruments offered via the securities account (CTO) and PEA carry a risk of capital loss. Their value is subject to fluctuation, both upward and downward, depending on financial market conditions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Finary is approved as an Investment Firm by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR). Learn more about investment risks.
