SCPI dividends, chart cleaning, purchase price choice

A lot of new features that are highly anticipated in this new update, including:

• SCPI dividends : a world premiere on Finary: for the first time, you can access a projection of the dividends paid by your SCPIs over the next 12 months. This groundbreaking feature was made possible by our powerful algorithm, which relies on historical returns, payment stability, and payment frequencies to estimate future dividends with remarkable accuracy.

• Clean up my charts : You now have control: our feature for clean up your charts allows you to customize your charts like never before.

• Purchase price : You can now change the purchase price for linked accounts directly through the app.
• ISIN code : With just one click, you can now easily copy the ISIN code of any ETF or stock onto the dividend page. In addition, we facilitated the screening of dividends from stocks, ETFs, or SCPIs.
• SCPI holding mode : We have extended the functionality of your SCPI. If you have the same SCPI in sole ownership and in full ownership, they are no longer merged.
• Help section : Our support is now just a click away on Web, via the chat bubble at the bottom right. On App, you can easily access it via Settings. Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions, as well as the possibility to contact our team for help.

Finary in German, new settings, redesigned onboarding

More new features await you this week!

• Finary spricht Deutsch 🇩🇪: to make life easier for our German users, we now support German in our mobile applications. Previously, German was only available on our website. We are now waiting for the first messages in German in the community!
• The settings section has been redesigned: You can now see your sponsorship level and badge and easily navigate to each important section.
• Onboarding: We fixed the onboarding video for our Android users. Now, all mobile users can enjoy the same welcome experience when the app is launched.
• Onboarding: We like to iterate. Last week, we published our welcome questionnaire, in order to get to know you better. This week, we optimized it to create a tailor-made experience that meets your needs!

New animations, real estate valuation, tracking of stacking

Have you opened your application today and noticed some new features? Our latest release has lots of exciting updates. Here is what we have prepared for you

• There is beauty in the details: we have a new screen with our logo when the app loads and beautiful new background screens.

• We've made improvements to our property valuation process for your real estate. You can now see the market references for the price per m2 and consult our new fees section, making everything more transparent. In addition, we improved the design, it's beautiful isn't it?

• Did you dream of easily navigating between your dashboard and your portfolio? You can now click on your best performing assets on the dashboard and dive directly into the portfolio view.
• Crypto : To ensure the same experience on our application and on the desktop version, we have now included the label “staked” for crypto assets on the app. You can now easily identify which crypto assets are staked, generating revenue, and which are not.
• We have set up a new integration flow. We want to get to know you better in order to create a tailor-made experience that meets your needs. In our new onboarding, we're asking for information about your investment experience, goals, and how you discovered us.
• We have added this change log to the application. By clicking on your account settings, you can find the link to our change log in the “About Us” section and read our latest updates. For each release, you'll find what's new, fixed, or improved in the app here.
